This Shipping Policy outlines how Āyeri (Pty) Ltd handles, processes, and ships orders received through the Āyeri (Pty) Ltd online store.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

2. Free Shipping Rates
Free shipping is available under the following conditions:
- National Free Delivery: Available for orders to major cities in South Africa, subject to a minimum product spend of R899.
3. International Orders and Duties
If you are ordering products for delivery outside South Africa:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, as well as any import duties and taxes levied upon arrival at the destination.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- Āyeri (Pty) Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Important: We strongly recommend that international customers contact us at hello@ayeri.shop prior to placing an order to confirm shipping costs and discuss any applicable requirements.
4. Insurance and Damaged Items
- All shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage during transit.
- If your order arrives damaged:
- You must notify us within 4 hours of delivery.
- Submit image proof of the damage via email to hello@ayeri.shop
- We will assess the claim and, if valid, provide a replacement or refund.
5. Delivery Exceptions and Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note the following exceptions:
- Public Holidays and Festive Seasons: Shipping times may be extended during public holidays, weekends, and busy periods such as the festive season (e.g., December holidays).

- Customs clearance for international orders.
- Weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Strikes, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
In the rare event your package is lost or stolen:

- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
- Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery or Refusal
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., refusal to pay customs duties or taxes):
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
